Well, the short answer is that people have these MP3’s hosted and this search engine uses specific google search commands to scrape google’s search index for only files ending in .mp3. So when you search for an artist or a song, it will only list file names ending in the .mp3 extension and nothing else. Also, since they are hosted on public servers they are fair game.
