MPAA / RIAA Hired Goons Caught Red Handed
TorrentFreak - a blog about everything BitTorrent recently reported that:
Media Defender, a notorious anti piracy gang working for the MPAA, RIAA and several independent media production companies, just launched their very own video upload service called “miivi.com”. The sole purpose of the site is to trap people into uploading copyrighted material, and bust them for doing so.
They, of course, denied this and made up some bullshit excuse about an internal video project. Even calling the report libelous.
Well it just so happens that TorrentFreak has gotten it’s hands on 700mb of internal emails from Media Defender. And what do you know, it seems they were trying to hide their piracy front from the public.
Reading the emails gives you a better understanding on how these assholes operate.
