but apparently, there is a sophisticated network of serial killers working together to murder young men. All the victims are male, around the same age, build, intelligence, athletic ability and discovered “drowned” in rivers after a night of drinking. 40 men are believed to have been victims of this “fraternity” of killers that operate primarily in the Midwest. The story is fascinating and still unfolding. It seems the reporter and investigators (who are retired, are not being paid, and one of which mortgaged their house) have put in a substantial amount of effort, time & energy to cracking the case. Imbibing the story (in my mind at least) with definite credibility.
Also, a sophisticated network of serial killers pulling off near perfect murders for years without getting caught and only leaving behind their calling card (a smiley face)– Why the fuck didn’t I think of that?!? That’s going to be an awesome movie
